Foil a large pan and cover with cooking spray.&lt;br /&gt;2. You will need 4 bowls. Place flour in a bowl. Lightly beat eggs in another bowl. Then mix Parmesan and breadcrumbs in a third bowl . Then Cover chicken tenders with Italian seasoning, salt and garlic powder in a medium size bowl. Coat each tender in flour,then dip the tender in egg and then roll in the breadcrumb mixture. Place Skillet on stove top. On high heat bring to a boil. reduce to a simmer, turn salmon over, cover and cook for 5 minutes. Remove from heat.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;In the mean time, on a medium skillet over medium heat. Add shallots, and cook for about 30 seconds. Add the remaining 1/2 cup of dry white wine. Boil til slightly reduced for about 1 minute. Stir capers, and lemon juice. Cook for one minute longer. Remove from heat, stir in salt and sour cream. Whisk milk, 2 tablespoons of syrup, eggs, vanilla, and 1 teaspoon cinnamon.&lt;br /&gt;Arrange the bread in a baking dish,, and pour the egg mixture over the top. My family and I love this dish expecially on Christmas Eve Dinner. Most Italians, usually eat fish the night before Christmas. Being that I was raised in a very italian family, we kept up with the italian traditions. This is one of my favorite fish dishes!!I figured to share it with everyone!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ingredients:&lt;br /&gt;1 Pound of Fresh Cod Fish&lt;br /&gt;1/4 cup of chopped frsh parsley&lt;br /&gt;Olive Oil&lt;br /&gt;Sliced Lemon&lt;br /&gt;1 Fresh Lemon&lt;br /&gt;salt and pepper to taste&lt;br /&gt;Fresh garlic to your taste&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Prepare&lt;br /&gt;Add cod fish to pot of water and bring to a boil. Once it starts to boil and cod fish begins to float and appears white, it is now cooked. Drain the cod fish and add to serving dish. Drizzle olive oil, and squeeze 1 lemon to fish, add fresh parsely, garlic, salt, and pepper. Lastly add your fresh sliced lemons to the dish and stir.&lt;br /&gt;Now its ready to SERVE!! Smother seasonings and olive oil in and around chicken.&lt;br /&gt;Add sliced lemon, onions and garlic underneath the skin of the chicken.&lt;br /&gt;Around chicken, add your diced sweet pototoes, onions and red peppers. Add seasoning such as oregano to potatoes,  drizzle olive oil and poor throughout the pan chicken stock.&lt;br /&gt;Bake at 375 degrees&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;To Serve: Remove Skin. It was a great time!! We shot fitness wear, swimwear and workout  type shots.  We were working on  portfolio images and also images for an upcoming magazine feature!! My mother would make me this salad all the time. This is one of my favorite recipes because it has a great source of protein, fiber ,vitamin C , low in sodium, cholesterol and fat.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ingredients:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1/2 lb. tiny red potatoes unpeeled&lt;br /&gt;1/2 lb. fresh green beans, trimmed and cut in half&lt;br /&gt;2 1/2 tbsp. olive oil&lt;br /&gt;2 1/2 tbsp. wine vinegar&lt;br /&gt;1/4 red chopped red onion&lt;br /&gt;1 tsp oregano&lt;br /&gt;Salt and Black pepper to taste&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Preparation:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cook the potatoes in boiling water for 15 minutes. Add the green beans after 15 minutes of cooking and continue cooking for 5 to 7 minutes until the beans are crisp-tender and the potatoes are done; drain. Quarter the potatoes and add into a large bowl. Then add green beans, vinegar, oregano, red onion and olive oil. Toss. The question is, “ What do you eat?” So I decided to put together my grocery list for you to help everyone start there way on healthy food choices. I do have to say that it is very important to eat every 2-3 hours for a total of 6 small meals per day and most importantly DO NOT SKIP breakfast!!! I cannot enforce that enough. Skipping breakfast does not give you a good start to your metabolism. You are actually slowing your metabolism down by not eating breakfast which does not help you in the end if your trying to lose weight. I always tell people this silly example, “you are like a car and you have to keep giving it fuel to let your motor keep running, if you don’t give it fuel the car will slow down.” Just like your metabolism, you have to feed your body to help burn more calories or your metabolism will slow down and you won’t lose weight. So start off your day with energy with a good healthy breakfast!!&lt;br /&gt;Here is my Grocery list of foods:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Proteins:&lt;br /&gt;Chicken&lt;br /&gt;Grilled Fish ( salmon, cod, shrimp etc..)&lt;br /&gt;LEAN meat&lt;br /&gt;Turkey&lt;br /&gt;Venison Meat (this meat is very lean)&lt;br /&gt;Bison Meat&lt;br /&gt;Low Fast Cottage Cheese with fresh berries&lt;br /&gt;Veggies ( variety) peppers, butternut squash, asparagus, spinach lettuce etc..&lt;br /&gt;Egg Whites&lt;br /&gt;Low Sodium Tuna with tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil&lt;br /&gt;No Salt added all natural Peanut Butter&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Fruits:&lt;br /&gt;Berries- raspberries, blueberries, strawberries&lt;br /&gt;Apples&lt;br /&gt;Bananas&lt;br /&gt;10 calories Fruit Flavored Jello&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Carbs:&lt;br /&gt;Sweet Potatoes&lt;br /&gt;Brown Rice&lt;br /&gt;Plain Oatmeal&lt;br /&gt;Eziekel Bread&lt;br /&gt;Unsalted Plain Rice Cakes&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Remember!!!! to always cook with extra virgin olive oil, it’s a healthier fat and also great for your skin as well. Don’t let your self go hungry eat every 2-3 hours and allow yourself 1-2 cheat meals a week. Drink PLENTY of water!
